Our good friends at Schmaltz Brewing have added a new twist to their dark and rich dopplebock/belgian dubbel recipe - Rejewvenator - in 2010. Recently released and coming in a week or two to The Beer Authority, they've put aside the dates and added some grapes; Concorde to be exact. Follow the
